Anna Petchell
Anna specialises in career transitional coaching getting you from where you are now to where you want to be. Having worked on Super Yachts for the past 8 years and also navigated different career paths, working with individuals of all backgrounds.
Having seen many yacht crew struggling with their exit strategies and others struggling with career challenges, unhappiness and uncertainties. She now works to coach and support people to discover their natural talents, drivers and desires. Putting these into an achievable action plan to propel them towards their future.
Anna has been working for many years to support people reach their goals; including helping others gain qualifications and both personal and professional goals.
Training as a Coach through Mindful Talent in 2018, this where she learnt the core of her coaching style. Anna has also become a certified Firework Career Coach, bringing a credible and structured framework to her Career Coaching.
She also has a Yacht Master Offshore ticket and more than 10000NM at sea, loves kitesurfing, snowboarding and travel.
Anna is a friendly, easy going coach with an informal, yet professional approach.
She works best with clients who are serious about making changes to their careers and lives, and who are ready to make the most of the coaching process.

Anna’s practice is regulated via the Association for Coaching (AC), of which she is a member.
She has a Advanced Certificate in Coaching Practice. You can access the AC Global Ethical Code to which she adheres to here.
She continues to develop her coaching skills by attending CPD accredited events run by the AC and other professional bodies (recognised by the ICF and EMCC).
